1.Data Storage and Privacy All data is securely managed and stored in Sydney through AWS (Amazon Web Services). Our data management is configured to ensure complete privacy and security. No external parties have access to your data. All data handling and storage operations are managed internally.
2.Platform Infrastructure InsightWise is built as a server less platform, utilising AWS’s robust infrastructure to provide scalable and reliable services. Amazon Web Services has been granted formal certification, attestation, and audit reports for ISO 27001, ISO 27017,ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3 – the full list of compliance resources is available on the AmazonWeb Services Security page. Our platform operates within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) network. This architecture enhances security and performance, ensuring your data remains isolated from any potential external threats.
3.Data Usage and Retention Client data is utilised strictly for the purposes specified by you. We do not retain or repurpose your data for any other use beyond your specified requirements. Once the specified purpose is fulfilled, any residual data is securely deleted to maintain your privacy and compliance with our data retention policies.
4. ComplianceMeasures We adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements to safeguard your data. Regular audits and security assessments are conducted to ensure the highest levels of data protection.
5.Incident Response In the event of a security incident or data breach, we have a comprehensive incident response plan in place, including containment, investigation, notification to affected parties, and remedial actions to prevent future occurrences.
